The Alexander Technique helps actors recognize their own strengths and habits and provides a pathway to embody growth and change.

Building on the lecture at the American Guild of Organists, Western Division Conference (image below), Eileen conducted a small group session for the San Diego chapter on September 14 to explore the proper relationship of the head-neck-back–or "to wear the head properly." The small group allowed for one-on-one relations to point out issues and ways to correct them.
